Officers
Treasurer, Alicia Evans: Keeps track of income and expenses, pays bills, and prepares annual tax filing. Basic familiarity with spreadsheets is the only requirement.
Communications
Website and Social Media Manager, Penny Neisen: Coordinate all messaging content with all volunteers throughout the school year.
2023-2024
Officers
Co-presidents, Mike Lyford and Eve McPherson: This job is traditionally shared by two people. Take charge of BOPO with your leadership and organizational skills!

Recording Secretary, Sharilee Walker: Responsible for collecting minutes at each BOPO meeting.
Coordinators
Tour Coordinator, Anne Tisch: This job takes a few months each year and involves planning and coordination of annual tours.
Senior Night Coordinator, Summer Watterson: Oversees Senior Night by purchasing flowers and helping distribute them. FALL
Fundraising
Patron Donations, Laura Shuster: Solicit annual patron donations and send letters of acknowledgement.
50/50 Raffle, Jeff Donnelly: Organize 50/50 raffle at all home football games and before concerts - FALL typically 4 or 5 home games
Fundraising Committee: Sharilee Walker, Michelle Bandy-Zalatoris
Election Day Bake Sale, Julie Myers King: Organize the bake sale on election day.
Spiritwear, Coffee, and Bulbs Sale; Gina Gillombardo, Elana Spieth

Marching Band and Concerts
Concert Reception, Hospitality, Ticket Sales; Greg and Julie Mangino: Oversee ticket sales and concert receptions. - NOV/FEB/APRIL
Concert Attire Fittings, Christine Woo: Organize fitting and distribution of concert wear - no sewing skills needed! - FALL
Marching Band Uniform Coordinator, Kate McLeod: Outfits students in August during marching band camp. The coordinator needs to track which parts of the uniform will be purchased and which will be returned at the end of the year. The uniform coordinator also makes sure uniforms are sent for cleaning at the end of the year and oversees the bond forms and any fees that are associated with student uniforms. LATE SUMMER AND FALL
Marching Band Snacks, Summer Watterson: Makes sure snacks are purchased and available to marching band members at home games. FALL
Communications
Newsletter and Program Ads, Sheryl Banks: Printed newsletter distributed at concerts.
Website and Social Media Manager, Joe Banks: Coordinate all messaging content with all volunteers throughout the school year.
